              Tehcnology- cooking- Chocolate cake

Today at tehcnology we cooked chocolate cake
The Steps:

Step 1 - Dry ingredients

• First boil 1 1/2 c of water
•  then add 2 c of S.R Flour into big bowl
• also 1 c of Sugar
• and 1/3c of cocoq              

Step 2 

• add to 2 eggs into a bigger bowl
• also 1c of oil
• and1/2 c of  milk
• and last of all 1 tsp of vanilla essenci

Step 3 - After you combine wet + dry ingredients add 1 c of hot water and mix well and then bake for on 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 mi

              Tehcnology- cooking- Mince Gravy with rice
Today at tehcnology we cooked Bean and Mince Gravey with rice
The Steps:
Step 1 - DIce the onion and fry until it is soft
Step 2 - Add mix vegetables and cook untill soft
Step 3 -Add the and fry untill it is soft
Step 4 - Add tomato soup and mix well
Step 5- Serve into white bowl
Next time will try not make it to watery.

As part of a follow-up activity, I decided to do a reflection/summary about an article that I had read. The article was about Tall blacks beaten by japan.

The Tall Blacks have lost their first World Cup warm-up against Japan.

The Tall Blacks went down 99-89.

The Tall Blacks were outplayed by NBA rookie Rui Hachimura. He scored a game-high 35 points. He was the No. 9 pick in this year’s NBA draft for the Washington Wizards.

The best of the Kiwis was Tai Webster with 18 points and Isaac Fotu who finished with a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds.

As part of a follow-up activity, I decided to do a reflection/summary about an article that I had read. The article was about Disney announcing it is going to remaking a number of popular children’s films.

The movies they intend to remake include including Christmas classic Home Alone and Night at the Museum.

Disney boss Bob Iger announced that the company’s new streaming service, Disney+, will include reboots of Home Alone, Night at the Museum, Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Cheaper by the Dozen.

Disney owns the films after it bought the film studio 20th Century Fox.

Disney+ launches in the US in November and is expected to come to the NZ after that.

As part of a follow-up activity, I decided to do a reflection/summary about an article that I had read. The article was about Country Rap Old Town.

The song by Lil Nas X’s has become the longest-standing #1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 in the chart’s 60-year history.

The catchy track featuring country legend Billy Ray Cyrus has spent an unprecedented 17 weeks at the top.

It has knocked off previous record-holders Mariah Carey/Boyz II Men collab ‘One Sweet Day’ and 2017 dance floor banger ‘Despacito’ by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee.

Originally the song emerged on social media platform TikTok late 2018, where it became the background music to some memes.

From there, the song made its way up the Billboard Hot Country Songs, reaching number 19. However, it was then booted off for not being country enough, sparking a worldwide debate about genre.

After losing its place on the country chart, Billy Ray came to the song’s rescue. He went to the studio and recorded a verse for a remixed version that catapulted to the top of the Hot 100 charts.

‘Old Town Road’ has since topped singles charts worldwide including reaching #1 in New Zealand.

Data from July 2019 show that it was the warmest month on record.

Many countries in Europe have had heat waves during their summer.

Data shows that the average temperature was slightly higher than a record set in July 2016.

The assessment was carried out by researchers at the EU’s Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S). they use satellites and ground base to collect data.

Confirmation of a new record must await a full analysis is released on Monday.

Scientists say it’s the latest sign that Earth is experiencing unprecedented warming.

Today we had our first lock down drill for this year(2019).A lock down drill is when we practice locking down our school from dangers around our area.First when we came in today(Wednesday) we had to go straight to assembly so our principal can tell us what to do.When we were in there she told us all the instructions for the lock down like the bell would ring at 10:00.

After we went back to our learning but when we hear the warning sound which is the bell we get on the ground.When it was 10:00 we thought that the bell would ring but she court us(RM9) off guard she ring it on 10:02.After the bell ring we got on the fall and my teacher MR J got his computer so he can communicate with other teacher while we are in lock down.It lasted for 18 minutes but if you that terror attack on 15 of March 2019 it lasted for 3 hours.This is my reflection about our lock drill.
